Nigeria Visa Application Requirements

Nigeria Visa Application Requirements

1. Application Form (BI84) fully completed in black ink only

2. Two (2) identical passport size (45mmx45mm) photographs on white background showing the complete face

3. A valid passport (validity of at least 30 days after the intended stay)

4. Copy of passport data page as well as copies of existing visa and previously issued visas.

5. Self-introduction letter with physical address and phone number

6. Introduction/Recommendation letter from an Employer, where applicable, signed with contact details, (full names of the Employer’s, approved signatories, physical address and phone numbers).

7. Verifiable hotel reservation/bookings which must be done directly with the hotels and not through third parties, (e.g. booking .com; hotel .com, HRS, etc).

8. Copy of international vaccination card (yellow fever card) duly and fully completed by a health practitioner

9. Proof of financial status (six months recent bank statement) or financial support letter from employer with six months bank statement) in a case where the Employer is sponsoring the trip. In the event the applicant is traveling in a private capacity, the bank statement submitted should reflect the salary deposited into the applicant’s bank statement. Sponsored trips should always have a letter with full details of the sponsor and contact details; as well as a copy of identity card/passport data page. Certain Corporate Entities are exempted from this requirement. (Original, Stamped & Signed by the bank authority)

10. Applicant traveling on an official business should, in addition to the above requirements, attach a letter of invitation/confirmation of training/conference, etc. from a South African Company with full details of the Company’s Authorised representative; physical address and phone numbers (landline number compulsory).

11. Birth Certificate for Minors/Children traveling with parents. Where applicable, a consent letter/s with copy/ies of parent/s identification card/passport data page should be attached to the application.

12. Marriage Certificate where applicable and if the intended stay will be for more than 90 days.

13. Non Refundable Visa Fee of N8,600.00 excluding service fee

14. Verifiable flight reservation for visa with the correct dates and cities.

Australia Visa Application Requirements

Australia Visa Application Requirements

1. Form 1419 – Application for a Visitor Visa – Tourist Stream

2. Visa application charge A managers cheque address to ‘Australian Embassy’ or a receipt from DIBP in Australia

3. Copy of your passport including the photo page of your passport and any pages with amendments, endorsements, visas and entry / exit stamps.

4. One (1) passport sized photo attached to the front of the application form

5. Evidence of your financial status and capacity to support yourself during your intended stay:

a. Copies of your bank deposit books showing your history of savings or salary
b. Copies of bank statements or payslips over a period of time
c. Credit card statements and limits
d. Letter of support from Australian contact with evidence of financial capability

6. Evidence of current employment or documents supporting business ownership

7. Evidence of intended purpose of travel

8. Invitation letter from Australian Contact (if applicable) and evidence of your relationship to Australian Contact (e.g. marriage certificate) and a copy of the photo page of their passport

For minors:

9. Documentary evidence of the child’s relationship to their parents: copy of the child’s birth certificate, showing names of the child and both parents

10. For children travelling without one or both parents or legal guardians: a signed written authorisation (Form 1229) by non-travelling parent(s) giving agreement to their child to travel, parent’s contact information and ID, the date and duration of travel and whether single or multiple trips are permitted See: Form 1229 Consent form to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years

United Arab Emirates Visa Application Requirements

UAE Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport copy. Colored copy of your Passport Bio page and Last page containing details of Full name, Nationality, Date and Place of birth, Passport number, Date of Issue & Expiry, Name of Father/ Legal Guardian, Name of Mother, etc. Your Passport number must be valid for a minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel. Only normal passports will be accepted to apply for Visa.

2. Photograph. Size 4.3 * 5.5 cms. Only colored photograph with white background will be accepted; 80% of your face should be visible.

3. Etihad Airways Confirmed Ticket.  Confirmed flight reservation traveling into Abu Dhabi with Eithad Airways. Only round trip ticket will be accepted.

a. The applicant must upload the copy of the passport where the child details are endorsed.

Note: Each applicant has to file a separate application. If your child details are endorsed in your (Parents) passport please use “Accompanied applicant” option to enter your child details

Important Instructions

10. Dependants of the Applicants:

Dependants are defined as Spouse/ Children below 21 years of age / Parents above 60 years of age. Supporting Documents proving the relation status has to be enclosed by guest

11. For minor/ Married women:

a. Photo ID of parents/ husband. Copy of the host passport/ residence visa
b. Etihad Airways reserves the rights about sponsorship
c. Etihad Airways will not sponsor unaccompanied minor and students
d. Please note the immigration department will consider applications from minors or students only if they are travelling with parents
e. Only machine readable Passports will be accepted. Hand written Passport will not be accepted.

Mexico Visa Application Requirements

Mexico Visa Application Requirements

1. Fill out an application form. Applications can be obtained at the Consular Section.

2. Valid Passport + 1 photocopy (the page where the picture is).

3. One passport size front color picture, without glasses, white background.

4. Proof of your legal status in Belize + 1 photocopy: Belize Immigration entry stamp or Belize residence stamp or Belize permanent resident card, or Belize work permit

5. To fulfill the following minimum financial records:
a. Bank account with a monthly balance, of at least, the equivalent of 300 days of minimum salary in Mexico City during the last 3 months,
OR
b. Letter of at least one year employment or pension with an income of more than the equivalent of 100 days of minimum salary in Mexico City, during the last 3 months.
In order to prove either of the previous conditions, each applicant must include in their application:
a. Original + 1 photocopy of bank statements of the last 3 months + bank letter confirming the number of the account, name(s) of holder(s), balance, and date of opening of the account.
OR
b. Original + 1 photocopy of bank/credit union book of the last 3 months + credit union letter confirming the number of the account, name(s) of holder(s), balance, and date of opening of the account.
OR
c.  Job letter stating your time of employment and salary during the last 3 months + 1 photocopy of the employer´s identification or the person who signs the job letter

6. Payment of the visa fee (BZ$72.63 dollars). No other currency is accepted. Visa for nationals from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua is free

7. In the case of minor’s applications, both parents need to be present when applying and provide birth certificate + 1 photocopy or official
document as proof of parenthood + photocopy.

8. Documents not issued by Mexican or Belizean authorities must be legalized or apostilled.

9. Spouses must provide marriage certificate + 1 photocopy. and original and photocopy of spouse´s ID

Philippines Visa Application Requirements

Philippines Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than six(6) months after sojourn in the Philippines.

2. One set of Passport photocopy.

3. One set Visa Application form completely filled in with original signature as in Passport.

4. Two recent passports sized color photographs size 3.5X4.5 cm (not exceeding 6 months old) of the applicant. Frontal view without dark glasses & head gear except for religious purpose. (3.5X4.5 C.M.)

5. Visa request letter from the office if employed or travel letter from the Educational Institute or student ID card if student.

6. Trade License (Notarized Original English translation and Photocopy of the original) if applicant’s occupation is business.

7. Updated and original Bank Statement of the last 6 months and latest Bank Solvency Certificate. (Bank closing balance: if single person TK 100,000,and family TK 200,000)

8. Return flight reservation ticket and travel itinerary to be presented

9. Confirmed hotel accommodation or invitation letter from sponsor (stating address in the Philippines) and sponsor’s passport copy.

10. Proof of Financial capability e.g. Assets/Ownership, proof of tax payment.

11. Tin Certificate photocopy.

12. Govt. Officials would be required to furnish G.O. copy in full English.

13. Marriage certificate if husband and wife apply together.

14.  Police clearance photocopy.

15. Visa processing time 7-10 working days.

Czech Republic Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Czech Republic Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form (available online, free of charge)

a. duly filled in English or Czech, and signed and dated by the applicant
b. for applicants under 18, the application form should be signed by the parent/ legal guardian; the parent´s/legal guardian´s passport copy must be attached

2. One recent passport-size photograph: light background, neutral expression, no head covering except for religious reasons, not stapled

3. Original passport + copy of all relevant pages (ID page, previous Schengen visas, etc.) Passport must be valid for at least 3 months after intended departure from Schengen and issued within previous 10 years. Passport must contain 2 blank pages.

4. Travel medical insurance policy (not for diplomatic passports and EU citizen family
members)- valid for the Schengen area and covering the entire period of intended stay; minimum coverage of 30.000 EUR, including repatriation

5. Flight ticket reservation, including return flight in and out of Europe.

6. Hotel reservation or other proof of accommodation for the whole stay in Schengen area

7. Proof of sufficient financial means for the intended visit of the Schengen area (such as a valid credit card)

8. For business/conference/sports event visit:

a. letter from the inviting company/organizer (original, or sent from the company/organizer´s official fax number or official email address), or official invitation form certified by the Czech Foreign Police

9. For visiting family or friends:

a. Original letter from the inviting person or official invitation form certified by the Czech Police

10. For medical reasons visit:

a. Medical certificate stating the medical history of the patient and the treatment needed
b. An official document from the receiving Czech institution stating the type of treatment reserved and the financial arrangement

11. For study visit:

a. Official documents from the receiving (and possibly also sending) institution

Finland Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Finland Visa Application Requirements

1. Completed visa application form. The embassy requires originals – no copies are accepted. For a visa application to be considered, the applicant must have completed and signed the application form. You can see the Schengen Visa Application Form here.

2. One (1) passport-sized, colour photograph. The photograph must conform to the following technical requirements: size of face (from chin to top of head) must measure 32 – 36 mm; size of photo: 36 x 47 mm; the face and shoulders must directly face the camera; the facial expression must be neutral.

3. Valid passport or other acceptable travel document. Passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months after the journey’s completion date. Passport needs to have been issued within the last 10 years and must have at least two blank visa pages. Please check here which travel documents are accepted by Finland.

4. Valid residence permit and re-entry permit. These must be valid for at least 3 months after the journey’s completion date.

5. Bureau of Immigration card.  This must be valid for at least 3 months after the journey’s completion date.

6. Proof of current address. This, for example, can be in the form of a utility bill (electricity, telephone, gas), bank statement, rent book, or rental agreement. Children should have a letter from school confirming their enrolment.

7. Travel insurance. This must cover the entire period of travel. Minimum coverage: 30,000 euro covering accident, sickness and repatriation. The insurance card/certificate and conditions of the insurance must be provided. The European Health Insurance Card does not meet the required criteria.

8. Proof of sufficient funds. Statement from a bank account covering the last 2 months – statements from more than one account can be presented – no more than 15 days old. If necessary, the statement can be supplemented with a mini statement from the ATM to meet this requirement. The statement(s) should bear the applicant’s name and address. When applicable, a copy of a credit card together with the most recent credit card statement must be provided.

9. Letter from employer. This should indicate date of hiring, position in the company, whether working full or part-time, yearly salary and the dates of planned holidays. If self-employed, tax registration, P21, P45 or P60 tax forms, or tax clearance must be provided.

10.  Pay slips for the last 2 months. These must include the names of the applicant and the company.

11. Letter from an institution of higher education. This must state the subject and level of studies, rate of attendance and the dates of the holiday and/or intended trip.

12. For business visits, an invitation letter from the company or business partner is required.

13. For visiting family or a friend, an invitation letter, a copy of passport data page and residence permit, if applicable, is required.

14. For tourism, a confirmed hotel reservation or an original invitation from a family friend in Finland is required.

15. For study, conference or professional training, an invitation letter and/or other applicable documents are required.

16. Proof of flight reservation is required. Original tickets must be shown when the visa is collected.
Note: The applicant assumes all risk regarding the purchase of tickets or travel related commitments/expenses made by the applicant before the visa has been granted.

17. Original marriage certificate and spouse’s original passport, if married to EU/EEA citizen. Written proof of address from applicant and spouse is also required.
Note: The application form must be signed (field No. 37 in the application form) by the EU/EEA national. For applicants under the age of 18, the written consent of the guardians, passports, Bureau of Immigration cards and the applicant’s birth certificate must be presented. Single parents must supply proof of sole guardianship. Only guardian(s) can sign the application form and at least one parent/guardian must be present when the visa application is made.

19. Original bank receipt of visa fee payment.

20. Prepaid self-addressed registered envelope, if passport will not be collected by applicant.

Denmark Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Denmark Visa Application Requirements

1. Schengen Visa Application Form – completely filled up and signed by the applicant.

2. One Passport sized photo with white background and not older than 6 months – altered photos are not accepted. Paste your photo (do not staple) on the designated space of the Schengen Visa Application form.

3. Original Passport – must be valid for at least three months after departure from Schengen. Valid Passport must have at least 2 unused pages

4. Photocopy of Original Passport – bio page and used pages (with visas and stamps)

5. Proof of Financial means – Original copy of bank certificates and bank statements of applicant – should be issued within 3 months of intended departure date. (If supported by a sponsor: (1) Affidavit of financial support, (2) Proof of financial means of sponsor, (3) Valid identification of sponsor)

6.  Full Itinerary of the Trip – (1) Day-to-day itinerary, (2) Letter of intent

7.  Proof of Accommodation/Hotel Bookings. You need to show hotel reservation booking for all cities you are visiting on your trip.

8. Photocopy of Roundtrip Flight Reservation – please note it is not required to pay for/buy the ticket until a visa has been granted.

9. Photocopy of Travel Medical Insurance – which can be bought from any accredited insurance company; should be valid for all Schengen States; and cover the entire period of the person’s intended stay or transit. The minimum coverage shall be EUR 30,000/PHP 2.5M/USD 50,000.

10. Additional mandatory requirements for minors (under age of 18):

If traveling alone:

a. Original letter of consent signed by both Parents.
b. Photocopies of passports/valid IDs of parents with signature and contact details.
c. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) clearance.
d. Birth certificate.

If traveling with only one of the parents:

a. Original Notarized letter of consent signed by the other parent along with his/her contact details
b. Photocopy of passport/valid ID with signature
c. Birth certificate

If only one parent has the sole custody of the child:

a. Photocopy of Court Decision awarding custody to that one parent must be submitted

If the other parent is deceased:

a. Photocopy of Death Certificate must be submitted

11. Photocopies of your previous passports for the past 3 years – bio page and used pages (with visas and stamps)

12. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

13. Photocopies of Birth Certificates of your Children (if applicable)

14. If currently employed :

a. Submit Certificate of Employment stating position, length of service, salary and duration of approved leave of absence, photocopy of company ID and pay slips for the last 3 months

If self-employed:

a.Corporation – Photocopies of SEC registration with attached present Articles of Incorporation and Personal Income
b.Single proprietorship – Photocopies of Business Name Registration Certificate from DTI and latest Income Tax Statement

If currently a student:

a. Submit certification of enrolment from the school and school ID. If you will be going on a holiday during summer break, submit a certification of reservation or certification of enrolment to prove that you are enrolled for the next school year/semester. If traveling during school year, a certificate of leave of absence from school should also be submitted

15. Photocopies of own means and properties (if applicable) – land titles or car certificate of registration with official receipt

Estonia Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Estonia Visa Application Requirements

1. A filled in and signed visa application form. In case several persons (minors or a spouse) are covered by the same travel document, individual application forms must be filled in and signed by the persons concerned. In case of minors, it should be signed by the parental authority or the legal guardian.

2. Valid travel document (i.e. Passport) which is issued within previous 10 years, contains at least two blank pages for visas and is valid at least 3 months after the expiration date of the visa;

3. Color photo (size 35mm x 40mm)
• the photograph must be taken within last 6 months
• the photo must have a light background
• no software corrections allowed

4. Travel Insurance valid in Schengen countries with a coverage of at least 30.000 EUR for the entire duration of stay in Schengen area

5. Visa fee – check the embassy website for the current prices

6. Flight ticket reservation
a. When applying for a visa for multiple visits: reservation of the first visit.
b. A confirmed return ticket is required. The ticket should be bought only after the visa has been issued.

7. Proof of hotel accommodation for the whole duration of the intended stay

8. Travel program. Documents providing clear evidences about your travel program (booking transportation, itinerary, etc.).

9. Proof of solvency of the applicant. Bank statements from the last 6 months, no deposits

For employees:

A letter from the employer (in English) on official company paper with stamp, signature, date and clearly mentioning:
a. address, telephone and fax numbers of the employing company
b. the name and position in the employing company of the countersigning officer
c. the name of the applicant, position, salary
d. and years of service
e. approval for leave or absence

For retired persons:

a. Proof of pension or other regular income

For unemployed adults:

a.  If married: Letter of employment and income of the spouse + apostilled certificate of marriage.
b. If single/divorced/widow/widower: Any other proof of regular income.

For minors (under 18)

a. Student card & Original letter of the school, mentioning: full address, telephone number of the school; permission for absence; name and function of the person giving the permission. 1 photocopy thereof

Minors traveling alone or with one parent:

a. Notarized certificate of permission to travel from both parents or legal guardians (when minor is traveling alone) or written confirmation from the parent or legal guardian not traveling (if minor is traveling with one parent).
b. Certificate of family relation certified with apostille or proof of guardianship.

Hungary Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Hungary Visa Application Requirements

1. Present an application form duly filled and signed. You can see the Schengen Visa Application Form here. Minors shall submit an application form signed by both parents exercising permanent or temporary parental authority or legal guardianship. Present a declaration of permission by both parents exercising permanent or temporary parental authority or legal guardianship in the case the minor is traveling alone or the parent exercising permanent or temporary parental authority or legal guardianship in the case the minor is traveling with the other parent only. The declaration has to be original and certified by public notary.

2. Present a passport which validity shall extend at least three (3) months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the Schengen States or, in the case of several visits, after the last intended date of departure from the territory of the Schengen States. Please check out before applying whether your passport contains at least two blank pages and it has been issued within the previous 10 years. Please note that the Schengen States’ consulates do not accept handwritten or not machine readable passports issued after 01/04/2010, and passports that contain a manual entry (observation) changing any data of the biographical data page.

3. Present 2 passport-size photos no older than 6 months. Please note that the photo has to be color one; head-dress is permitted provided that all facial details are clearly visible.

4. Pay the visa fee. You can pay the visa fee in cash when lodging your application at the Consular Section.

5. Produce proof of possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance.

6. Certificate of the travel agency of the prepaid program duly stamped and signed by an authorized person of the agency or in the case of an individual visit the itinerary and the reservation of accommodation provided that you paid a deposit or have to pay a cancellation fee.

7. If employed: Employment certificate referring to the permission granted for leave duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the business entity.

8. For students: Educational institution enrollment certificate referring to the permission granted for leave if the travel is taking place during the academic year duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the institution.

9. Prearranged accommodation. Reservation of accommodation is accepted provided that you paid a deposit or have to pay a cancellation fee. Please note that proof of prearranged accommodation has to be presented if your visit is not a prepaid program.

10. Airplane ticket booking – Round trip flight tickets as proof

11. Travel medical insurance – Valid travel health insurance during the duration of your stay

12. Documents indicating that you possess sufficient means of subsistence both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to your country of origin or residence:
a. Salary slip of the last three months from the employer or in case of student his/her sponsor’s duly stamped and signed by an authorized person or
b. Pension slip of the last three months duly signed and stamped by an authorized person.
c. Bank account statement of the applicant or in case of student his/her sponsor’s for the last three months duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the bank.
d. Certificate of registration in the case of the self-employed or in case of student his/her sponsor’s duly signed and stamped by an authorized person.
e. Income tax return acknowledgment or in case of student his/her sponsor’s for the last two assessment years.
