Canadian Tourist Visa Application Requirements

Canadian Tourist Visa Application Requirements

1. Online Application Form:
a. A tourist visa is valid from the date of issue.
b. Application must be completed and submitted online.

2. Photograph:
a. One (1) photo of size 51mm x 51 mm. Paste this on Page 1 of the Application Form.
b. Photo must be compliant with specifications

3. Signatures:
a. Sign at Page 1, inside the box, below your photo, and at Page 2.

Minor Applicants (Below 18 Years):
a. Signature must match with the valid passport.
b. If a minor cannot sign, using only black or blue ink, apply left hand thumb impression for boys & right for girls at Pages 1 & 2.
c. In this case, both parents must also sign below the applicant’s signature on Page 2 only and on the consent form.

4.  Documents:

a. Canadian/Foreign passport and photocopies.
b. Must be valid for at least 190 days.
c. Must have at least two blank/unstamped pages.
d. Proof of address: driver’s license/utility bill/Govt. issued id (Photocopy) Proof of Address (Photocopy of Driver’s License/Utility Bill/Bank Statement) (The latter two must be less than 6 months old)
e. If applicant’s place of birth is outside Canada, Bank statement with more than CAD 5000 closing balance and letter of employment are required if 10 years tourist visa is applied for.

5. Documents for Minor applicant (below 18 years)-Photocopies

a. Valid passport copies of both parents
b. Minor consent form – duly completed and signed by both the parents
c. Copy of birth certificate with both parents name on it
d. Proof of address of either parent

(Minor traveling without parents)
a. Notarized affidavit indicating consent to travel duly signed by both parents.
b. Passport photocopy of the person traveling with

(If either parent is out of the country while applying, that parent needs to provide the following in addition)
a. Notarized affidavit indicating consent to spouse to travel with minor
b. Notarized passport copies of second parent who is abroad

Additional documents for Minor applicant in case parents are Nationals of your country
a. Passport copies of both parents
b. Photocopy of status of parents(PR card/Work permit/Study permit)

(If parents acquired foreign nationality)
a. Current passport copies
b. Cancelled passports copies/ copy of surrender certificate/copy of citizenship certificate

7. Additional documents for Non-Canadian Passport:

a. ‘Additional Form to be filled by Non-Canadian Nationals’ – duly completed and signed.

Singapore Tourist Visa Application Requirements

Singapore Tourist Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant. (Applications of minors have to be signed by their legal guardian).

2. One (1) recent colored passport size photograph adhered to the form;

3. Photocopy (in A4 size – 1 copy) of your passport pages and any valid visas to other countries;

4. Photocopy (in A4 size – 1 copy) of your flight reservation for visa and/or confirmed itinerary (state the number of times you wish to enter Singapore i.e. whether you are applying for double-journey or multiple journey under Period of Visa/Visa applied for at Part II of Page 2 of Visa Application Form);

5. Letter of Introduction (LOI) in (PDF format) from a local company or company in Singapore (sample of LOI is attached). Level 2 nationals are especially advised to provide LOI for their travels to Singapore. Official letters from MFA or other government ministries (with English translation) from government ministries will also be accepted.

6. All documents, including official letters, should be translated into English language, otherwise it will result in a delay in processing

7. A local mobile or telephone number for contact when visa is approved.

Ukraine Tourist Visa Application Requirements

Ukraine Tourist Visa Application Requirements

1.  Passport/travel document which should comply with these requirements:

a. valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from Ukraine;
b. have at least 2 pages free from any visas/marks/stamps;
c. be issued for no more than 10 years.

2. Printed and signed Visa Application form

3.  One (1) applicant’s photo (35 * 45 mm);

4. Proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement;

5. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay (e.g. bank statement for 2 recent months, cash in Ukrainian hryvnia/other convertible currency, bank cards along with current/savings account balance statements provided the bank cards can be cashed in Ukraine, hotel/accommodation booking, letter from the applicant’s employer/sponsor confirming their coverage of applicant’s expenses in Ukraine, a return/transit ticket etc). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement.

6. Paid visa fee receipt (unless stipulated otherwise by Ukraine’s legislation or Ukraine’s international treaty).

Please note that in cases where applicants reside in a country that is different from the country of their nationality/citizenship Ukraine’s Embassies/Consulates abroad may only be able to accept visa applications from applicants holding valid temporary/permanent residence documents (long-term visas/residence permits or their equivalents etc.).

Additional Documents

1. Invitation letter from an entity/company/organisation registered in Ukraine, presented on the official letterhead, with indication of the entity/company/organisation’s number according to Ukraine’s Unified State Registry of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Citizens’ Associations, registration number, date and signature, full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, legal person’s obligations to cover costs related to the invited person’s stay and/or departure from Ukraine;

2. Original of the notarized invitation letter from Ukraine’s national or a foreigner/stateless person who legally resides (temporarily or permanently) in Ukraine. Invitation should contain full surname and name(s) of the inviting person, details of his/her passport and temporary or permanent residency permit (for a foreigner/stateless person), address, and full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, inviting person’s obligations to cover costs related to the applicant’s stay and/or departure from Ukraine. Copies of the inviting person’s Ukrainian passport (if an inviting person is Ukraine’s national) or copies of the foreigner’s/stateless person’s passport and their Ukrainian temporary/permanent residency permit (if an inviting person is a foreigner/stateless person) should be provided as well;

3. invitation letter issued  by Ukraine’s ministries / other central executive authorities, state entities and organizations;

4. passenger/cargo carriers’ contract as well as the relevant international passenger / cargo carrier’s license;

5. certificate of a person of Ukrainian descent issued by Ukraine’s National Committee on Persons of Ukrainian Descent. If applicant’s family applies for this type of visa as well documents on their status and family relation to the applicant should also be provided;

6. proof that the applicant’s main purpose of journey to Ukraine is tourism (hotel/accommodation booking(s), programme of stay, information on the tour(s) and the tour(s’) timeframes, tourist agency details, transfer details, sightseeing information etc.);

7. invitation letter issued  by Ukraine’s hospital/medical treatment institution;

8. document issued by the relevant regional/city state administration/bank confirming that the applicant has made an investment to Ukraine’s economy;

9. document(s) confirming that the applicant owns property (real estate) allocated in Ukraine;

10. invitation letter issued by a religious organization in Ukraine for a short-term performance of missionary activities accompanied  by a letter issued by Ukraine’s Ministry for Culture / Department on Religious Matters of  the relevant regional or city state administration – depending which authority has registered that religious organization;

11. a letter of the foreign Mass Media with a request to issue a visa to the foreign correspondent/Mass Media staff member who intends to travel to Ukraine in his/her professional capacity;

12. invitation letter issued  by foreign states’ authorities / international organizations;

13. an Order of Ukraine’s Central Election Commission on registration of official observers from foreign states and international organizations for presidential elections, parliamentary elections, local elections and national referendums;

14. document(s) confirming that the applicant is a spouse, a parent or a child of a citizen of Ukraine.

Irish Tourist Visa Application Requirements

Irish Tourist Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant (Applications of minors have to be signed by their legal guardian).

2. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Ireland following visits. Passport must have sufficient space for a visa to be inserted, at least two empty pages are required. If your passport does not comply with the above your application will be returned to you. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of your passport is required.

3. All previous passports should be submitted. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of your passport is required. If you have been refused a visa for any other country, details of this, preferably the original letter issued to you by the authorities of that country, should be submitted. Concealment of other visa refusals will result in your Irish visa application being refused.

4. Two (2) recent (not older than 6 months) photographs 35×45 in color, preferably biometric type with white background.

6. In addition to the signed summary application form, please also submit a signed letter of application:

a. outlining your reason for wishing to visit Ireland,
b. giving details of any members of your family who are currently in Ireland, or any other EU State.
c. stating how long you plan to stay,
d. undertaking that you will observe the conditions of your visa, that you will not become a burden on the State, and that you will leave the State on the expiry of your permission to remain.

7. Document showing civil status, parents, spouse, children and siblings. It should be translated in detail (Each word translation is required; translation should be verified by an official translator).

8. Evidence of obligations to return to your country of permanent residence following this visit:

a. If you are employed a letter from your employer stating how long you have been employed there. The dates you will be on annual
leave from and the date you will be returning to work in that employment.
b. If you are a student, a letter from your college outlining what course you are pursuing, how many years you have been a student
there, how many years/terms you have left at that college and that you will be returning there following your visit to Ireland.

9. Company documents:

a. Copy of Signature circulars to verify the authority to sign the documents;
b. Copy of the company registration in chamber of commerce and copy of the bulletin of the trade register.
c. Tax registration certificate of the Company
d. Copy of article in official media regarding the formation of the company

translator.

10. Social security registration document and 3 consecutive payslips. Documents can be translated in general by including in the topic name of the documents. Translation should be verified by an official translator.

11. Personal medical travel insurance valid for the whole length of the journey.

12. If child is under 18 traveling alone, consent letter from parents (where applicable)

13. Marriage certificate – document can be translated in general by including in topic name of the documents. Translation should be

14. If you intend staying in a hotel, hostel or guesthouse accommodation, confirmation of your hotel booking must be submitted as well as flight ticket reservation.

15. A detailed statement of your bank account covering a six-month period immediately prior to your visa application, and showing sufficient funds to cover your costs.

UK Tourist Visa Application Requirements

UK Tourist Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant. (Application of minors have to be signed by their legal guardian)

4. Evidence of your permission to be in the country where you are applying, if you are not a national of that country

7.  Evidence of the employment and all income stated on the application form. Such as: letter from employer / pay slips / tax returns / business registration documents / business bank account statements

8. Evidence of being in education (where applicable)

9. Evidence of qualifications obtained

10. Evidence of the monthly income stated on the application form. Such as: Bank statements / bank books / bank letter / balance certificate / tax returns / crop receipts

11. Evidence of ability to meet costs of trip, as stated on the application form. Such as: The bank statements of the person paying for the trip.

12. Evidence of assets like property or land. Such as: Property deed / mortgage statements / tenancy agreements / accountant’s letters / land registration documents

13. Evidence of UK accommodation and travel details such as: hotel booking confirmation / travel booking confirmation / travel agent confirmation /sponsor accommodation details

14. Evidence of your marital status, such as: marriage certificate / civil partnership certificate / 14. divorce certificate / death certificate /

15. Evidence of family members remaining in your home country whilst you travel

16. Any other documentation. Such as: evidence of any correspondence/TB Certificate

Serbia Visa Application Requirements

Serbia Visa Application Requirements

Liechtenstein Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Liechtenstein Visa Application Requirements

1. Valid national passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return; with at least two blank pages) passports with observations regarding the front page (bio data) cannot be accepted

2. Two (2) passport size pictures, not older than 6 months (size 35 – 40 mm in width, no copy or scanned picture). 1 picture pasted on the application, the 2nd picture to be clipped face down on top right hand corner of the form. Stapled or pinned pictures cannot be accepted.

3. Visa application completed, signed twice by the applicant & authorization for third person if applicable. You can see the Schengen Visa Application Form here.

4. Previous passport if any

5. Personal covering letter with the travel plan (if the applicant is submitting the applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter)

6. Covering letter on the business letterhead from the employer/company mentioning your position, duration of your service and “no objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen countries, the dates and purpose of the trip

7. Travel Insurance
a. Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD per person
b. Coverage of all expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and / or emergency hospital treatment
c. The insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory
d. Applicants who wish to apply for a six months or one year multiple entry visa are not obliged to provide a 365 (180) day coverage. It will be sufficient to submit an insurance policy covering the first journey

9. Proof of accommodation in Switzerland/Schengen Countries for your entire stay (e.g. confirmation of hotel reservation, package tour, advanced payments etc.)

10. Proof of financial status:

If Employed:
a. Last 3 month’s salary slips and last 3 month’s salary bank account statements
b. Last 3 month’s personal bank statements
c. Personal Income Tax Return for the last 2 years

If Self-Employed:
a. Business registration certificate/Partnership Deed/Proof of proprietorship, or other proof of ownership
b. Last 3 month’s personal & business bank statements
c. Company’s Income Tax Return for the last 2 years

11. Visas for UK or USA to be obtained first if applicant visits these countries before Schengen

12. Clear photocopies of valid Schengen Visas and of valid UK/USA visas (if any)

13. If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years: Refusal notice or a written explanation about the reasons of travel and refusal

14. Students above 16 years of age: copy of Student college ID card

15. Children traveling alone (under 18 years of age): copies of the parents passports & authorization letter signed by both parents or a notarized affidavit signed by both parents

16. Clear photocopy of the 1st and last page of the passport (bio data)

17. Visa fee: EUR 60.00 adults / EUR 35.00 children between 6 to 12 years of age / under 6 free of charge

Croatia Visa Application Requirements

Croatia Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form completed and signed by the applicant. For children application should be signed by parents

2. One (1) recent passport photograph not older than 6 months with white background

3. Valid Passport for at least 3 months after returns from Croatia and contain at least two empty pages back to back and issued within the previous 10 years.

4. Copy of the first page of applicant’s passport showing personal data and copies of Schengen, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan Visas for the past 3 years. Residence permit and Civil ID copy (3 Months Validity after return date)

5. All applicants have to submit a hotel booking confirmation. Hotel or apartment booking needs to contain (date of intended stay, booking reference number, hotel address, and contact phone number; Letter of Guarantee for the inviting person (certified); Flight itinerary for visa application  or flight reservation including the return trip.

6. For children under 18 years of age: In addition
a. Copy of passport and valid Croatian visa of the parents travelling together with the child, if the parents submit his /her application, not at the same time.
b. If a child travels alone or is not accompanied by at least one of his /her parents: an authorization letter translated into English and signed by the parents.
c. Childbirth certificate (copy).

8. Bank statement: Applicant’s Original bank account dating back at least 3 months and showing sufficient assets.

9. Confirmation of employment Letter of employment indicating:
a. Status of employment and amount of monthly salary

10. Sponsors signature approval of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Social Affairs (art. 18)
a. For pensioners: Pension certificate.
b. For students: proof of enrolment in school/university

11. All Risk Health and Travel Insurance with minimum coverage of EURO 30.000,–per person valid for the entire stay and accepted in Croatian space.

Malta Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Malta Visa Application Requirements

1. One (1) completed and signed visa application form duly filled in legibly in English. You can see the Schengen Visa Application Form here.

2. Passport valid for at least three months after the expiry date of the visa being requested and containing at least two blank pages.

3. Passport photocopy of the bio-data page and other pages that have observations, visa stickers or stamps. Previous passports, if any, should also be photocopied in the same manner.

4. Two (2) passport-size photographs bearing a true likeness to the applicant taken against a white background, with face clearly visible.

5. Proof of Accommodation in Malta. Hotel confirmation, hotel reservations or hotel voucher. You need to show hotel reservation booking for all cities you are visiting on your trip.

6. Proof of a valid travel medical insurance policy valid throughout the Schengen area for the duration of 1 month with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros (where applicable and according to ETC license requirements).

7. An original invitation letter signed by the employer that 1 clearly states:
a. the purpose of the applicant’s visit to Malta,
b. the dates of intended visit and
c. the address where the applicant shall be residing in Malta.Where the person inviting is to assume responsibility for all expenses while the applicant is visiting Malta, this undertaking should also be clearly stated in the letter.

8. Copy of Employment License as issued by the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC) in Malta
or
Copy of acceptance letter for a Single Permit for Residence and Work issued by the Department of Citizenship & Expatriate Affairs in Malta

9. Original Police Conduct (Non-Criminal) Certificate.

Norway Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Norway Visa Application Requirements

1. Application form, completed truthfully in print and signed by the applicant in both required boxes. (Applications of minors have to be signed by their legal guardian). You can see the Schengen Visa Application Form here.

2. Two (2) passport sized photos with white background not older than 6 months.

3. Edited photos are not accepted. Please paste your photo (do not staple) on the cover letter (Schengen Visa Application Form).

4. Original Passport -valid for at least 3 months after departure from Schengen. Please include photocopies of used pages. Valid passport must have at least 2 pages (if approved, the visa will be affixed on said pages).

5. Previous Passport (for the last 3 years) and past visas/stamps to Schengen and other countries (if there is any)

6. If employed
a. Submit Certificate of Employment stating position, length of service, salary and duration of the approved leave of absence, company ID, and payslips of the last 3 months.

7.  If self-employed
a. Corporation: present Articles of Incorporation and proof of annual income.
b. Single Proprietorship: present Business Name Registration from DTI and latest ITR

8. If student
a. Certification of enrollment from the school & school ID.
b. If the applicant is going on a holiday during summer or semester break, submit a certification of reservation or certification of enrollment to prove that she/he is enrolled for next school year/semester.

9. Bank Certification

11. Travel Insurance – should be valid for all Schengen States covering the entire period of the person’s intended stay or transit. The minimum coverage shall be 30,000 EUR.

12. Proof of accommodation: Hotel confirmation, hotel reservations or hotel voucher. You need to show hotel reservation booking for all cities you are visiting on your trip.

13. Marriage Contract (if applicable) + photocopy

14. Birth certificate of children (if applicable)- not required but may strengthen the application.

15. Documentation of own means/properties (if applicable)- not required but may strengthen the application
Ex. Land titles or Car certificate or registration with an official receipt

16. For minors (under the age of 18):
a. Original birth certificate of the child (plus photocopy)
b. Passport of both parents – both parents must appear in person at the Embassy in Manila or the Consulate in Cebu for identification purpose.
c. Original letter of Parental consent – to apply for and obtain a Schengen Visa signed by both parents
d. If only one of the parents has the sole custody of the child, the Court Decision awarding custody to the parent must be submitted (plus photocopy)
e. If the parent is dead, Death Certificate must be submitted (plus photocopy)
