  6. I booked flight and hotel reservations separately, but on the same day. The flight reservation was done within hours, much faster than expected. For some reason the hotel reservation did not come through within the next day, so I emailed to inquire. Their response was fast and courteous, and the issue was resolved very quickly without any further hitch. It left me confident to use their service again and to recommend it.
